There are three ways you can get advice and assistance from us:
1. By submitting a web enquiry

2. By telephone
Our public telephone number for people who live or work in the London Borough of Sutton is 0208 405 3552 (9 to 5, Monday to Friday). Your call will be answered by one of our volunteer gateway assessors. We will discuss with you the most appropriate way we can help. We may offer you an appointment, a telephone call back by an adviser, send you information or suggest other organisations that may be more appropriate to help you with your enquiry.
3. In person
If you visit our Sutton branch, we will help you find information, leaflets and factsheets that may answer your question. If you need further assistance, an Information Assistant will help you to complete our online form so that we can provide you with appropriate help. You can also make a free telephone call to our gateway interview line. If you need help in a language other than English, we can arrange a telephone interpreting service.
Sutton Borough CABx has a complaints handling procedure. You can request a copy of the complaints leaflet to be emailed or posted to you.
