ImmigrationIf you have an immigration enquiry, it is very important that you obtain competent advice as soon as possible. If you want to appeal against an immigration decision you will usually have to act within ten working days if you are in the UK, but the time limit may be five days if you are detained. Check the letters for the timelimit.

The law only allows most Citizens Advice Bureaux to give general help with immigration matters. Sutton CABx does not have a specialist immigration adviser so we can only give very limited help.
